Relax your Mind, Body and Soul

What are some ways to just relax and stop worrying?
Lately I've been really stressed out and worrying about a lot of things, usually little things that don't matter and turn out to be fine. I've been having a hard time relaxing and I'm constantly feeling restless.
What are some ways to take my mind off of stuff and relax?

Prayer believe it or not. Which is why when you're praying you turn things over to God and then almost fall asleep…..You've released everything to Him and the stress is gone.

Short workouts are good i think, also in your spare time try to be around people that you love and are not afraid to show there love for you. This helps build confidence gradually.
When you have time to relax close your eyes lie down and remember all the happy times you have had in life, and play these times like a movie with great music in your head, feel it as though its really happening in the moment.
Also to gain emotional strength you can play times back to yourself when you had it tough but made it through, when the odds were against you and yet you came out on top. This will give you the the strength to cope with present issues.
Do simple things with your body, like smile more and move as if you are the very best you can be at your peak, imagine how you would move at your very best and physicalize it. And you will be surprised at how others then respond to you and how you feel yourself.
But when there is a fog we forget who we really are, its time to remember who you are and claim it! I hope this helps and as always take care. xx

Jesus is God and is the Living Word and HE is the Holy Ghost…..
It is He who washes us , cleanses us and regenerates us to the wisdom and knowledge of God , that transforms us to know what the True and acceptable will of the Lord is .
Its by reading Him , His Heart , His Words , His ways, that allows us to know…that no matter how hard or rough things are or can be , We are confident in knowing Jesus Already went before us and has assured us , that we are never alone and we can make it cause He carries us through…
Reading His Word , renews that faith and Knowledge …daily as we walk this narrow way….on our journey Home!!

It sounds like your anxiety is getting worse, especially if you were having trouble breathing, you could have been having panic attacks.
You could also have a hormone imbalance; which is causing your crazy mood swings and anger. There's no need to rush to the hospital, but I would go see a doctor in a few weeks if you've tried everything. Do a little research online and try to find some good techniques to make you calm down<3

it depends on what im stressing about but usually i do things to distract myself namely shopping (retail therapy works for me), write on why im stressing out or vent out to my friends (sometimes we find a solution but most of the time it's just to let out the frustration)
uh and i also take up kickboxing, punching bags are really fun.

Chicago, IL….I live here…and we have a town we call boystown and it's especially for the LGBT community. There's shopping centers and it's very close to downtown ….. also the city is beautiful…although I'm not sure if the cold is right for a vactaion?

Whatever works for you. Listening to punk rock calms me down, so we all respond to things differently. You're on the right track, to work on the mind/body/soul thing, try meditation, guided imagery and mindfulness.
Mindfulness is when you focus totally on what you are doing in the moment, which would mean no music, no distraction. There is evidence that this is very beneficial to whole body/mind health.

A mission statement is short and often one sentence and what you will use to reach "your goal".
Replace words like "I believe", "I want" with more positive statements. Like: I will assist my clients in improving their health and enhancing their well being in a safe and professional environment.
What massage therapy "is" doesn't belong in your mission statement. Save that for part of your marketing strategy.
You're on the right track though.

Okay here are some little tips.
in the beginning it says "Again, it was 3:45am on the dot and again, she had had the same terrible dream."
It doesn't sound write with the two "had"'s and take out one of the "again"
Repeats in the same sentence like that, a tootttalll no no…
a really like your use of detail, you could make the detail better and more rich if you add some of the 5 sense's into it. When a story has good use of the sense's they really bring my attention to them, and my creative writing teacher told me if we hand something in without any use's of the sense, we wont get a good grade since that is one of the major things that are looked for in good stories.
otherwise i really like it, So basically just fix up some of the wording and the detail (just a little on the detail) and your good to go.
