What’s the name of this music, please?

I'm guessing the beat of the music is like a heartbeat? We all heard this beat before we were born in the womb, and so this relaxes us? I think it also brings out our emotions and takes us beyond our brains. I don't know, just guessing.

Not too old for a nap.
I suggest getting toddler beds. It makes it easier for you to train them. Not only that, you train them to stay in the crib now and in months will have the same problem when you switch to toddler bed. Save yourself and invest in some new beds.
Keep up the same thing you are doing. Just keep putting them back into their beds. If in a week or two there is no improvment,if they have a night light, tell them when they get up they lose it for the night. (take completely out of the room).try that for a week. After that it jumps to their favorite toy or book.
I promise it wont be easy, but stay strong and consistant. Your determination will be rewarded. You will thank yourself for many years. My son is almost 3 and we did the same thing when we switched to toddler beds, he is now great. No fussing or getting up at all. He knows we mean business.

Yeah they should be allowed me and my friends used them one day and we did our work faster and batter because 1. we weren't distracted by the people messing about and 2. we were writing to the speed of the music.

i strongly suggest valerian root. it's great at relieving stress and tension! you can get it over the counter and it's a great sleep aid! if you have one of those "racing minds" or "i can't turn my head off no matter how tired i am" then this will definitely help. you can find at your local grocery store in the pharmacy or herbal remedy section. start off taking 500-1000mgs, 30-45 minutes before you go to bed. now you can get this stuff in capsule form and it's 100% safe (my whole family has been taking it for years and our family doctor actually recommended it) however the only downside is that the more potent the brand your taking the stronger the smell. and this stuff smells AWFUL! but it's worth it. within 5-7 days you should notice a definite change in your sleep.
WARNING! i strongly do not suggest that you take Tylenol PM and booze, in any form or combination. the main ingredient in Tylenol PM and Advil pm, or benadryl for that matter is diphenhydramine. here's what happens when you take it:
You can walk into a drugstore and choose from an array of sleep aids, offered without prescription. The main ingredient of over-the-counter sleeping pills is an antihistamine. Antihistamines are generally taken for allergies, but also make you feel very sleepy. Common over-the-counter sleep medications are Sleep-Eze, Sominex, Nytol, and Unison; they contain antihistamines such as:
diphenhydramine hydrochloride,
diphenhydramine citrate, or
doxylamine succinate.
In general, over-the-counter sleep medications are not a good choice because they:
Are not intended for long-term use.
Interfere with mental alertness during the day, so you should avoid driving and other similar tasks. You may also be at risk for falling asleep
Reduce the quality of your sleep by reducing time you spend in deep sleep.
Use over-the-counter sleep medications only for transient or short-term insomnia and in conjunction with changes to your sleeping habits. Be sure to pay attention to your body’s physical response to these sleep medications.
also look at the links on the website i've listed they have some good remedies!
I hope this helps!

It is the type of music made up of animal or nature sounds. I have a triple cd and they consist of dolphins and whales/ the rainforest and birds. I think you can buy them at health stores, alternative types of shops and probably HMV – smile. It is music to relax by.

Listening to music is distracting you from listening to your body. you should get rid of the iPod until you are a more experienced runner and are able to automatically run with proper technique. I don't mean to be rude but that's what you should do.
My advice would be to find things you need to focus on as a runner and try to run while correcting these problems. Find someone who has spectacular running form and have them tell you what's wrong with your technique and also try to mimic him or her when running. Focus on your pace, your stride length, your turnover, plyometrics… so basically your entire runing form. Once you learn how to run you can try running further while trying to keep this running form even when tired.
